1. General
1.1 For purposes of these General Terms and Conditions and elsewhere on the website, “

2. Application
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions will apply to any and all agreements and legal relations pursuant to which kind acts as a supplier of items.

3. Product specifications; pricing; typographical errors
3.1
Teder will not be required to execute an order or compensate a buyer for any loss if
I)Teder made an error when presenting the item, formulating its characteristics or stating its price, and
II) it should have been clear to the buyer that such involved a printing error; or
III) if the buyer should not, under the circumstances, have reasonably relied on
Teder delivering quoted item, with stated characteristics, at this price.

4. Prices
4.1 Products sold by
Teder items are billed in Euro’s and include VAT rate applicable for fashion items.

5. Market
5.1 Items are currently delivered to buyers in Worldwide . Purchase agreements are concluded with natural persons not acting in the course of a profession or business only. Therefore any VAT charged will not at any time be refunded.

6. Costs of Delivering the Items
6.1 All prices of the items posted on the website are exclusive of delivery costs.
6.2 Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order.

7. Stock Availability
7.1 Stock on offer is limited as Teder is subject to the quantity of pieces we’ve produced per collection.

8. Payment
8.1 Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, SOFORT banking, Giropay, Bancontact and Ideal.

9. Agreements of Sale
9.1 Placing an item in a shopping basket, or adding it to a wish list without completing the purchase cycle, does not constitute an agreement of sale between Teder and the purchaser. Users cannot hold Teder liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed; and Teder may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available. An agreement of sale between Teder and a user only comes into effect if and when a (credit) card authorization is received from the issuing bank.
Teder reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons.
Teder also reserves the right to in its sole discretion cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate, in which event
Teder shall only be liable to refund an amount that’s already paid by the user.

11. Applicable Law
11.1 This site is hosted, controlled and operated from the Netherlands and therefore governed by Dutch law.

12. Personal Data
12.1
Teder shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of Users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000.
12.2
Teder will store the data provided by buyers in a data file. Such data will be used to execute buyers’ orders and will be kept as long as necessary to handle any complaints about the execution of an order. No data will be passed on to third parties if such should jeopardise the buyer’s privacy.

13. Changes To Agreement
13.1
Teder may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

14. Intellectual Property Rights
14.1 All the content, designs, trademarks and data on this web site, including but not limited to, software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs and agreements, are the property of or licensed to Teder.
15. Teder and as such are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

16. Domicilium
16.1
Teder chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature to:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered you can return within 30 days of the delivery date. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Garments are shipped in Teder’s signature fabric bag, all products must be returned in the same packaging including the fabric bag with tag still attached. If you return your order without the fabric bag, we are unable to process a refund.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping box, with all tags attached.
2. Make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process the return.
3. Close securely.
4. Email to tos@tederworld.com with your order number, full name and address where your order was delivered.
5. We will arrange a label with DHL or UPS for you to print out and attach to the parcel
6. Please drop off your parcel at a parcel point

A) FOR ORDERS PLACED IN EU
The costs for the pre-paid return label will be provided to you by email. We will deduct this amount from the refund later on. The costs are will be mentioned at this return label and will depend on the weight/country you’re in.

B) FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE EU + UK
Please register your return via an email to tos@tederworld.com with your order number, full name and address where your order was delivered.
The costs for the return are for the customer.
Please use DHL or UPS as a courier for your return, we do not advise to send your return with a different carrier. When returning with a different carrier than DHL or UPS, we are unable to offer our service when a parcel is lost or stuck in customs.
Please ensure with your carrier that your package will arrive exactly at our warehouse’s address. In the case, the package is delivered at a pickup point or a different address than our warehouse (missing customs fee or other reasons) we might charge you the extra costs of the pickup service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Please note that Teder has a 30 days return policy: after 30 days it is not possible to return. Unregistered returns can not be accepted.
• Garments are shipped in Teder’s signature fabric bag, all products must be returned in the same packaging including the fabric bag with tag still attached. If you return your order without the fabric bag, we are unable to process a refund.
• Please make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process your return.
• The return costs are for the customer.
• Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused, and undamaged condition, with the tag and seal still attached.
• If items with sealed packaging are returned and not in a re-sellable condition with the tag and seal still attached, the return will not be accepted.
• Returning items from outside the European Union is the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
• We do not pay additional custom tax.
• To track your return, save the tracking number on the shipping label.

PLEASE NOTE
• If you return your order placed with a free gift promotion, you will not get a refund but an online giftcard valid for 90 days;
• In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items.
